All rooms are equipped with comfortable large beds and modern amenities in providing you with the necessary comforts we all appreciate. With a large balcony and a hammock, it is a ideal place to relax with your favorite novel in the tranquility of a tropical garden full of fragrant flowers.

Check In is 2pm and Check Out is 12.00 Noon
Meals :
Buffet Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Cancellation :
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. If cancelled later 70 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged with a minimum of 1 night ! For all cancellations less than 7 days in advance or in case of No - Show 100 % of the total reservation will be charged. Unused nights will not be refunded ! We recommend a travel insurance !
- Monthly rates are non refundable. We recommend a travel insurance !
- Cancellations for group bookings are free up to 60 days before arrival ! If cancelled later 70 percent of the total price of the reservtion will be charged ! For all cancellations less than 21 days before arrival 100 % will be charged ! Namechanges are allowed and free of charge ! We recommend a travel insurance !
Deposit :
50 percent of the total amount at the time of booking for normal bookings. Deposits for Carnaval, Eastern, Christmas, New Years Eve and reservations with 1 to 3 nights are 100 % !
- Deposits for monthly rates are 75 % and free cancellations are available free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If cancelled later 100 percent of the total price will be charged !
- Deposits for group bookings is 75 % at the time of booking ! 25 % are due at 21 days before arrival
Payment :
When we confirm your booking we will ask for a deposit. The final amount is due to on arrival / check in at the Cumbuco Guesthouse and in cash only ! We don´t accept cheques, paypal, credit cards etc. !
Sublet :
Unauthorized subletting is not allowed ! Authorized Subletting comes with a 1 night service charge !
Our Superior Rooms have a large terrace, huge lounge sofa and a bit of a view to the Beach !
